Spectral properties of a mixed singlet-triplet Ising superconductor

Conventional two-dimensional superconductivity is destroyed when the critical in-plane magnetic field exceeds so-called Pauli limit. Some monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides lack inversion symmetry and strong spin-orbit coupling leads to a valley-dependent Zeeman-like spin splitting. The resulting spin-valley locking lifts valley degeneracy results in enhancement of field. In these systems, it was predicted that density states an exhibits distinct mirage gaps at finite energies about strength, which arise from electron hole bands energy larger than superconducting gap. this study, we investigate impact triplet pairing channel on spectral properties, primarily gap gap, clean Notably, presence channel, mirage-gap width reduced for low fields. Furthermore, temperature lower temperature, survive even strong-field limit due singlet order parameters. Our work provides insights into controlling understanding properties spin-triplet Cooper pairs.
